Open the app and go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Type DELETE to confirm
Your account is permanently removed immediately

Upon deletion, we permanently remove:

Your account and login credentials
All training data and progress
Journal entries and calendar events
AI coach conversation history

If you have trouble deleting your account in-app, you may also contact us at batbetter365@gmail.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Bat Better 365 is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at batbetter365@gmail.com.
