Account & Data Deletion Request

At Bat Better, we value your privacy. If you would like to request the deletion of your account or any personal training data associated with your profile, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

Step 1: Send an email to our support team:

Email us at:

admin@batbetter365.com

Subject: "Account Deletion Request"

Step 2: Include the following in your email:

Your registered username or email address
Specify whether you want to delete your entire account or just specific training/activity data

Step 3: We will process your request

Once received, we will permanently remove your data from our servers within 7 business days.

⚠️ Important: This Action Cannot Be Undone

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems. You will not be able to recover your training history, progress, or any other data. If you wish to use Bat Better 365 again in the future, you will need to create a new account and start from the beginning.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove the following data:

Account Information: Email address, username, password, profile details
Training Data: All training session records, drills completed, performance metrics, and progress tracking
Journal Entries: All journal entries and personal notes
Calendar Events: All scheduled training sessions and calendar events
AI Coach Conversations: All conversation history with the AI coach
Achievements & Progress: All earned achievements, skill levels, and streaks
